PM Kisan Samman Nidhi is present for those who completed the e-KYC or KYC approval scheme. Through the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi yojana, Farmers who have done registration with the KYC and given in to submission may also benefit from the money transaction.

PM KISAN also known as Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme launched on 1st February 2019. It is a scheme regulated by the government to care for farmers. This scheme ensures that the farmer get minimum income support per year of about ₹ 6000. During the 2019 Short-term Union Budget of India, Piyush Goyal announced the creativity of PM Kisan.
The government declares to deposit rupees 6000 directly into the bank account of suitable farmers who have registered for this scheme. The government will deposit three equal four monthly installments of ₹ 2000 each, and the farmer will receive 6000 ₹ in total. The fund’s usage will entirely depend on the farmers’ will. Thus, the Government of India exclusively does the fund transfer. The funding was completed using Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
PM Kisan Registration 2022
The eligible farmers but not yet registered for the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme can apply before the last date, extended till 30th September 2022, by visiting the respective government entry. The benefits of this scheme originated by Piyush Goyal by Lakhs of eligible farmers have availed during the Interim Union Budget of India 2019. So, the farmers get rupees 6000 in three installments.
It helps Indian farmers financially and provides minimum income support by the Government of India. The Rythu Bandhu scheme, run by Telangana Government, inspired the beginning of PM KISAN. For the financial year 2018-19, Rs. 20,000 crore fix in the PM KISAN scheme, and for 2019-20 more than two crore appropriate farmers have benefited from this scheme.
PM Kisan Eligibility
The individual farmer applying for Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojna or PM Kisan must follow the eligibility conditions mentioned by the Government of India. They are-
- The government’s data must contain the farmer or land owner’s name
- A farmer must possess a caste certificate or must belong to a Scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, or other backward categories (OBC)
- The primary document like Aadhaar Card, Bank Passbook, mobile number, etc., are necessary for farmers to have
- A farmer must have the detail and documents related to land records.
Therefore, an eligible farmer can only apply and avail of the PM KISAN Scheme benefits first if they have the mandatory document like Citizenship proof, Landholding paper, an Aadhaar card, and a Bank account.
Rupees 6000 will only transfer to the farmer’s bank account when they register online. The new instruction connected to this scheme will not affect or harm the farmer and also their families. They can purchase food and seed for their crop.
How to Register for PM Kisan 2022
A new eligible farmer can register for the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojna (PM Kisan) by following the step-by-step procedure efficiently. It can ensure the registration of the scheme and avail its benefits.
After applying for The required document scan for the PM Kisan Scheme, the beneficiary can upload these at registration.
The steps are as follows-
Step 1: One should visit the official website of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojna. To apply for PM Kisan Yojna, @pmkisan.gov.in
Step 2: After opening official website of New Farmer Registration on the Homepage. So, check for the tab. Click on the account.
Step 3: Once you click the tab mentioned above, you will redirect to another webpage where you will ask to farmer type Choose Rural Farmer Registration; if you belong to a rural area, choose it, or if you belong to an urban area, then select the option of Urban Farmer Registration.
Step 4: After choosing the option mentioned above, the credential should fill and then tap on Send OTP.
Step 5: So you will receive OTP on provided mobile number. Fill in the OTP, and proceed with the registration.
Step 6: Post filling in the OTP, Request more details fill, and after filling in these credentials, upload the required documents, and finalize the application.
The application is downloaded and printed after finalizing the complete form.

The Objective of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi 2023
To provide financial assistance to small and marginal farmers through direct income support the main objective of PM Kisan Yojana 2023. The Government of India launched the scheme, which is currently executing nationwide. Under the project, eligible farmers will receive a direct benefit transfer of ₹6,000 per year, deposited into their bank account in three equal installments of ₹2,000 each.
